1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://mamboperv.com (the “Site”) you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, have read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, leave the Site immediately. The Site is operated by KAMSL-MEDIA LTDA (“we”, “us”). We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Age Requirement & Adult Content

This Site contains sexually explicit adult content for consenting adults aged 18+. By accessing it you warrant that: you are at least 18; adult content is legal in your jurisdiction; you are accessing voluntarily for personal use; you will not show content to minors; and you are not in a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited.

3. All Content Is Professionally Produced

All video content on MamboPerv is produced in-house by our own production team. This Site does not accept user-generated content or third-party uploads. All performers are professional consenting adults. Some of our scenes are also distributed through our own studio storefront on third-party clip stores; those remain our productions.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to access premium content. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, not share account access, notify us of any unauthorised use, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Memberships

Paid memberships grant access to premium content. By purchasing: you authorise us to charge the applicable fee; memberships are personal and non-transferable; access is granted for the stated duration; and fees are charged in Brazilian Reais (R$).

6. Credits and Rentals

Credits are prepaid virtual currency used to rent individual scenes. Credits: are non-refundable once purchased (except as required by law or as described in this section and in section 12); do not expire while the Site operates; have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold; and are deducted when you rent a scene.

Rentals. Renting a scene, whether with credits or by direct payment, gives you access to that scene for 30 days from payment. During that period you may stream it as often as you like and download its photo gallery for your personal use. When the rental ends, your access to the scene ends; you may rent it again. A rental is a time-limited licence to watch: it does not transfer ownership of the scene and does not include a right to download the video.

Removed scenes. If a scene you rented is removed from the Site before your rental ends (for example at a performer’s request or for legal reasons), we will return the credits spent on that rental to your account, or refund a direct payment.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full card details. All sales are final. Once access has been granted or credits applied, no refunds are issued except where required by applicable consumer protection law. For billing errors, contact us via our contact page within 7 days of the transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content — videos, images, text, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of KAMSL-MEDIA LTDA, protected by copyright and applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view content. You may not: download, copy, record, or redistribute content, except photo gallery images the Site offers for download during an active rental or membership, which are for your personal use only; use automated tools to scrape or download; use content commercially without written permission; or remove copyright notices.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share or distribute our content on other platforms; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; harass or harm any person associated with the Site; use the Site for unlawful purposes; circumvent content protections; or impersonate any person or entity.

10. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

To report copyright infringement, send written notice via our contact page including: identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act; and your signature. If you appear in content on this Site, our content removal page is the faster route.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change or remove content and features at any time. Closing the Site as a whole is covered by section 12.

12. Closure or Transfer of the Site

If we decide to close the Site permanently, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, by email to the address on your account and by a notice on the Site. From that notice we stop selling credits and memberships. Until the closing date your active rentals and memberships keep working and you can use any credits you still hold to rent scenes; every rental ends on the closing date at the latest. Credits still unused when the Site closes will be refunded where applicable law requires it.

We may transfer the Site, or your account together with its credits, rentals and membership, to a successor or affiliated operator. These Terms then continue to apply, and we will tell you about the transfer.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAMSL-MEDIA LTDA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAMSL-MEDIA LTDA from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Minas Gerais, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
